REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Unlock Place, we curate private and premium experiences.
Every booking involves advance arrangements, thus cancellations are managed carefully to ensure fairness.

READ THE POLICY

1. Cancellations by Guests

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before the event) → Full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the event → 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event → No refund (as arrangements are already made).
• If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment methods within 7 days

2. Cancellations by Unlock Place

If we cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (venue restrictions, weather, government orders, etc.):
• Guests will be notified immediately.
• A full refund or transfer of booking to a future event will be offered.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PhonePe or UPI).
• Refunds usually take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
• Unlock Place is not responsible for delays from financial institutions.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, no refund shall be provided.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related concerns must be emailed to unlockplace01@gmail.com within 48 hours of the event or transaction.
