Return and refund policy

How deposits, schedule changes and cancellations are handled for stays and whole-house events.

Notice windows apply from the date a deposit is received or a schedule change is requested.

1. Deposits are returned when written notice is received within the advance window stated in your reservation confirmation. 2. Schedule changes made inside that window may be accepted subject to residence availability. 3. Partial event cancellations are refunded in proportion to the unused spaces and services. 4. Whole-house buyout cancellations follow the schedule in your agreement. 5. Seasonal non-refundable periods are confirmed at booking. 6. Force majeure events are handled case by case under the signed agreement.

Refunds are processed through the original payment channel within the timelines confirmed in writing at the time of cancellation.
